Fees
We offer legal consultations for a fee of $100 in person. During the initial consultation, you will be speaking with, and have your case evaluated, by an attorney (not a consultant or paralegal), based on the existing facts and law. We will listen to your situation and give you an honest and realistic assessment of your case and discuss options. Before any legal services would be provided by the attorney, the attorney and client would sign a legal representation agreement which sets forth the services to be provided, the attorney fees and costs. Our fees are generally “flat-rate” fees (not hourly charges), and we offer a monthly payment plan depending on the nature of the services.
Legal Disclaimer
No attorney-client relationship shall exist between you and this office unless and until you formally retain our services pursuant to a written legal representation agreement and pay any applicable fees for such services. It is important that we understand your situation and expectations and determine whether we can work together.
